She started her career in 2001, and earned her Associate Broker’s license a few years later. She achieved ASP designation in 2006, and has been recognized as a Northern Virginia Association of REALTORS® (NVAR) Multi-Million Dollar Top Producer, an NVAR Lifetime Top Producer, The Unruh Team has appeared in Washingtonian’s Best Real Estate Agents Top Team List, and team has been the #1 Realtor® in Aquia Harbour by sales since 2008.
 
A champion of the Keller Williams belief system and the mission of KWCP to transform lives, careers, and communities through real estate, she fully embraced the opportunities to serve the brokerage and in the community, including: member of the NVAR Grievance Committee, (2013-2017); NVAR Cares Vice Chair (2017), and as a KW Regional Cultural Ambassador, (2016), NVAR Cares Committee Chair (2018), and now currently serves on the NVAR Board of Directors.
 
In her day-to-day role, Marriah’s key objectives will be to oversee the operations and drive the growth of the KWCP Northern Virginia Offices and to positively and significantly affect the real estate market in the region
