BEAT is the UK's leading eating disorder charity which is on a mission to end the pain and suffering associated with eating disorders through support, helplines, and campaigns.

With Jess, we discuss the incredible work BEAT is conducting to provide eating disorder training to medical staff as well as the support they provide to parents and carers. Additionally, we discuss how we can increase awareness of eating disorders and reduce the associated stigma through creative means.

Finally, we discuss Jess' personal eating disorder experience and how it has made her the incredible clinician she is today.
