At its core, Becoming You is a self-discovery method that helps people answer life’s most important question: What should I do with my life? And Suzy knew that writing it down—truly doing it justice—would take everything she had.

But everything shifts after an unexpected walk in the woods with her daughter—a moment of clarity that becomes the turning point.
