Lack of knowledge and understanding, the incorrect information and assumptions that “it’s the same or similar” can lead to staff using non-standard items on an install. Sometimes it really I just item and that can be rectified but on bigger jobs with more moving parts that can seriously affect your profits. So get it right, make sure your staff get it right and there’ll be no surprises.
