  • I can run 3 launches for clients at a time … so I knew what to do
  • But I actually got to deal with the EMOTIONS of a launch
• Questioning my audience & audience size

THE MAGIC:

THE STRATEGIC:

• I like to make it very easy for myself to win
• Easy goals
• Timing…
• 1 webinar then added 2 more - wish I had planned that from the beginning
• WEALTH training
• WEALTH marketplace
• THRILL
• Daily IG Stories then went to IG Lives
• Offered strategy sessions for first few ppl that joined
• Intentionally priced lower than I know it’s value is - will increase the price next time - easier to sell & rewarding ppl willing to join the brand new program
• I’m in a mastermind so I had people to talk to about strategy
• Building audience since August
• Batched a bunch of Pod interviews
• Planned relevant pod episodes
• FB ads
• Bonus incentives for team

NEXT TIME:

• Next time I’ll condense the launch window — was selling for a month. It just felt like a marathon.
• Maybe not bc it took me a while to hit stride
• Extended from 3 mo program to 6 mo program from what I was hearing in calls
• Plan on webinars
• Wouldn’t offer 2-hour strategy calls next time
• IG stories - IG Lives
• 23 applications - 8 ppl in the program
  • Lots of beginning applicants weren’t good fits
  • 2 of the ppl who joined never submitted an application

THE “NOT IDEAL”:

• Plant dieta
• No coffee
• Also signed a client & upgraded another one so my schedule was pretty packed

THE NUMBERS: 

• Day by day when people joined
• Started promoting pretty much February 1st.
  • Feb 10 - 1 buyer
  • Feb 25 - 1 more
  • Feb 26 - 2 more
  • Feb 27 - 1 more
  • March 4 - 1 more
  • March 5 - 1 more
  • March 7 - 1 more
  • 8 Buyers in all
