Join us as we deep dive a VERY hot topic - GMO’s or Genetically Modified Organisms. If we are being completely honest - we were scared to talk about this. We’ve both questioned our own feelings on GMO’s and have received our fair share of social media hate for growing GMO crops. Tune in to hear why we’ve questioned GMO’s and why we still believe in them!

Levi’s B’s and G’s

• Brown desired amount of ground sausage
• add enough milk to cover browned sausage, heat through (**for richer flavor use less milk and add 1 cup chicken broth here)
• in a cup, make a slurry by mixing 1/2 cup COLD milk with 2 heaping tablespoons of corn starch until smooth
• add slurry to warmed milk/sausage and stir over medium heat until thickened to gravy texture
• season to taste and enjoy over warm biscuits
• **add milk if gravy is too thick and add more corn starch slurry if it is too thin

What does it mean to spoon feed? Jena and MP break down nitrogen management on their operations through the growing season. We give a report on our crops and Jena shares a meal hack.
