(August 6, 2019 - Hour Two)

In the 2nd hour, I will be joined by "The Soul Food Scholar", Adrian Miller. Adrian had an incredible first visit and this time promises to be even better. As we learned a few months back, he is one of the BBQ Hall of Fame Board members and he will now have to answer the burning questions I have locked and loaded for him...namely, why isn't HE making more of an argument for ME to get on that short list?!?! This could be the first time I hang up on a booked guest.....stay tuned!

Joe easily has some of the best BBQ, not only in Kansas City, but the country! We will talk about how he got the gig and what happened during the shoot. It's always fun to hear how it "really" went down and what we see as viewers.
