Welcome to HOME TRAILS episode 3.

This time I interview Kim Collison about his return to this years Spine Race, to take the win on his 4th attempt!
When his critics said it couldn't be done in the way he approached it, Kim silenced every one of them by winning the race in the way he always intended. From the front, pushing all the way!

For the TRAILS part of the interview we hit Kims local fells around Blencathra, in the Lake District. Taking in the local trails that he used to prepare for all 4 of his Spine Races over the years.

For the HOME part, we sit down in Kim's kitchen and dive into his 'CONFIDENCE' approach for this year. An exercise that involved him writing down the word 'Confidence' on a piece of paper and then writing all the reasons he had for confidence going into this years race.

Kim talks openly about his struggles over the years to get the result he wanted, in the way he wanted it to happen.
He is also very open in his thoughts on the infamous Spine kit list!
