Boris Shtonda was injured in a Hamas booby trapped building on November 10th 2023. Five days later, he woke up from an induced coma to learn that his leg had been amputated above the knee. Since his injury and rehabilitation, he has travelled to numerous countries where he’s snorkelled, trekked, snowboarded and picked up a running prosthetic. But his greatest physical challenge yet, will be his climb up Mt Kilimanjaro later this month. Suffice it to say, Boris’ determination is unbreakable.
