She opens up about what really went down behind the scenes of the show, her post-show healing journey and what it was like for her to rewatch every episode in preparation for the book - but through a different lens as a now adult. We talk about what it was like for little Nia, being the only Black girl on the show, the micro (and macro) aggressions she faced and her decision to not be a part of the reunion. We talk about what’s next for her and how to remind yourself that you’re the one in charge of your life.
