Julie flew into London this week to record with Brenda and catch up on another whirlwind week for our dashing duo. From the People’s Republic of Cork to the United States of America, this year Stephanie Rainey took a chance and stepped onto one of the world’s biggest stages. Her audition on America’s Got Talent got her ‘4000 yesses’ from Simon Cowell and she made it all the way to the quarter finals of the show. Sadly, that is where her AGT journey ended. But even though she didn’t win overall, being on the programme has opened up a worldwide audience to the Glanmire native. 

In this conversation Stephanie shared with Brenda and Julie what it was like growing up in Cork, the real life tragedy that inspired her viral song Please Don’t Go and accidentally lying to Sofia Vergara about her age.
