April 15th is the totally arbitrary day that we will begin training for ÖTILLÖ Whistler. Almost time to start busting the Swimrun rust! Almost.

Feats of Endurance

This week’s award goes to friend of the show (and friend of Aquatic Park in San Francisco) Erika G. She recently swam from Candlestick to Aquatic Park. A cool 9ish mile swim (16,000yds) in an even cooler 2 hours and 25ish minutes. A worthy feat indeed!
