The organization is committed to developing the next generation of a skilled workforce by changing the perception of the trades. 

Before joining Explore The Trades, Kate was in the senior housing and healthcare industry for over 10 years. She was the Director of Community Relations for Ebenezer, an adult healthcare facility.
