Then, they dive into the Mariners offseason and their lack of activity, and Salk believes this is the first time in the Jerry Dipoto era that they haven't truly had a plan. For Blue 88, Brocks breaks down who/what offers the Seahawks the clearest perspective on personnel decisions, a lesson he's learned about NFL Draft profiles regarding injuries, and if the Mariners were a college football team, who would they be.

Brock and Salk compare where the Seahawks QB situation is at after year one under Mike Macdonald to where it was at after year one of Pete Carroll, and there are some similarities. They then react to more of Mike Macdonald's press conference in which he gives his season review of a few other players in addition to Geno Smith. Then, they re-air their conversation with Matt Hasselbeck which includes his thoughts on the Ryan Grubb firing, the state of the Seahawks offense and more.
Brock and Salk dive into the list of some potential offensive coordinators for the Seahawks. Then, we revisit our earlier conversation with Matt Hasselbeck about it fixing the offense not being as simple as just saying 'we need to run the ball more'. We discuss the different rushing attack approaches he mentioned. Then, we answer questions on moving, the perfect bread for a PB&J, and best golf shots in Answer the Question Jerk.
Brock and Salk listen to some sound from former Seahawk Jordan Babineaux, who believes that Geno Smith won't be back with the Seahawks next season. They share their thoughts on it. Then, they welcome on Matt Miller, ESPN Draft Analyst, to begin to go through the upcoming NFL Draft and players that would fits what the Seahawks are looking for.
Brock and Salk can't help but notice that Mike Macdonald doesn't mess around when it comes to fits for his football team. He's moved on from people quickly when it hasn't worked, and he just did the same with Ryan Grubb. Then, they welcome on Matt Hasselbeck to get his insight on Ryan Grubb and the state of the Seahawks offense. In Blue 88, Brock dives in on potential names for the Seahawks next offensive coordinator, the best and worst Seahawks in 2024, and one clear difference that's ahead on paper for the Seahawks in 2025 compared to 2024?
