As for training weeks Brett lays down his last big week at altitude before he begins his taper into Marugame Half Marathon and Joel finally cracks the triple digits in mileage (for the first time in six months).

Brett & Riley speak to Brooke Feldmeier - an American 800m athlete who started training under Nic Bideau with MTC last year. Brooke opens up about her unorthodox entry into the sport and talks about how her change in training style has seen her stay injury free in the lead up to next months Maurie Plant Meet.
