10:14pm - We stay with the beef talk but switch out of "craft beef" and jump into some Wagyu talk with the co-owner of Browsey Acres, Travis Browne. For the MMA fans out there, you would know Travis from his days in UFC, Strikeforce and other MMA sanctioning bodies as a heavyweight fighter. Tonight we will learn how a world class fighter goes from the octagon to the pastures as he and his wife look to build a sustainable wagyu farm business to bring you the highest quality, most nutrient dense meat available in the market. We will talk all about that, how he got started in BBQ in the first place, how he is able to operate the way he does and what his future plans are for his BBQ business.
