A seasoned innovation and strategy leader, Rick specializes in identifying, creating, and launching solutions that address complex challenges. With a remarkable track record, he has successfully founded three startups and orchestrated the launches of nearly 20 product and service offerings across six continents and six languages.Before steering the helm at Trula, Rick spent three transformative years in Eastern Europe & Russia. His diverse experiences included a role at the US Embassy in Moscow, where he contributed to Russian judicial law reform.

Educationally, Rick holds an Associate of Arts degree from Utah Tech University, a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Brigham Young University, and a prestigious Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School. His commitment to professional excellence is further exemplified by his CPA designation and completion of Health & Wellness Coach training at the Mayo Clinic.

Beyond his impressive professional journey, Rick's passion extends to architecture. He has lovingly restored two historic homes, showcasing his appreciation for design and preservation. Currently, Rickis delving into a new hobby—gardening—a testament to his diverse interests.
