Meet Lace! A Wife & Mother working full time AND running her own business "The Cookie Collective". In this episode we chat about her upbringing and how this has shaped her and moulded her parenting style. 

Lace shares her business journey and what inspired her to start making cookies. She speaks about the highs and lows of working for yourself and doing something that requires such effort and intricate details. We discuss the challenging aspects of running a business in 2022 and how tricky it can be keeping up with the social media world.

Switching gears, Lace reflects on some of the more difficult times in her past and how a Family/Domestic Violence Seminar in her workplace sparked trauma in her that she didn't know was there. We chat about these experiences and how easy it is to minimise your own pain and suffering when you know someone out there always has it worse.
