Noah Barkin and Peter Chase join Andrea Kendall-Taylor and Jim Townsend to discuss prospects for greater U.S.-Europe cooperation on China under the next administration. Chase is a senior fellow at the German Marshall Fund, where his focus is transatlantic economic relations, particularly trade, investment, digital and energy policies. He previously served as a U.S. diplomat on European economic affairs.
