In this podcast, business leaders navigate the challenges of high-pressure jobs, tackling burnout, micromanagement, and decision fatigue while honing emotional intelligence, communication skills, and problem-solving abilities to strengthen their leadership identity. Through discussions on leadership development, stress management, conflict resolution, and time management, listeners gain insights into achieving work-life balance, overcoming the struggles of being overworked, and fostering personal growth in the ever-evolving workplace.
In this episode, we talk about avoiding the potholes on the journey from who you are to who you want to become as a healthcare leader.
We know many emerging or evolving leaders have the intention and greater purpose of becoming the best version of themselves as a leader.
But most healthcare leaders feel like they don’t have the capability or have lost their confidence when transitioning or stepping into a new role.
Therefore, it’s important to leverage the tension between honoring who you are today and stepping into who you want to be, so you can be your best self as a leader and achieve your greater purpose in life.
In this podcast, we talk about why it’s important to leverage both tensions and some of the negative consequences if you over-focus on one to the neglect of the other.

In this episode, we talk about leveraging Intent and Impact and why it’s important for emerging healthcare leaders.
We know every leader wants to have a positive impact on their team and organization, but they may have a deeper fear that they will become ineffective as a leader.
In fact, most healthcare leaders have great intentions to make a greater difference but fail to act on them because no one has taught them how to balance the tension between Intent and Impact.
In this podcast, we talk about why it’s essential to leverage this tension to become an effective healthcare leader and some of the negative consequences if you don’t have a dynamic balance between the two.
We also talk about the positive outcome of leveraging Intent and Impact and why it requires self-awareness and vigilance to balance this tension.

Through discussions on leadership development, stress management, conflict resolution, and time management, listeners gain insights into achieving work-life balance, overcoming the struggles of being overworked, and fostering personal growth in the ever-evolving workplace.
In this episode, we talk about leveraging personal Change and Stability and why it's important for Thriving, Resilient, and Unstoppable (TRU) healthcare leaders.
We know leaders deal with ongoing challenges and changes daily, and their attention has been on their team and organization.
In fact, many healthcare leaders have let go of their personal rituals and routines that bring Stability because of the workload and other challenges brought on by the pandemic.
The thing is, without Change and Stability, you'll feel powerless and stuck, and you're at risk of change happening to you instead of you leading the change in your own life.
Therefore, Change and Stability is an important personal tension or polarity to manage now with the current healthcare situation.
In this podcast, we talk about the importance of recognizing Change and Stability as a polarity and why it's an important tension to manage in healthcare, not only at the organization level but at the personal level, too.
We also talk about some actionable steps to help you create personal Change and Stability and some of the negative consequences of not leveraging this polarity.
