If youâve ever felt like what you want to do might be impossible, or that it will take too long, or that âno-one has done it before, so itâs probably a pipe dreamâ⌠this episode is for you. You can challenge the impossible.
With so many new listeners joining us on the show, we want to make sure youâre hearing directly from our host for âa minuteâ. Who is this guy who gets in rooms with Business Titans and deals with an extraordinary number of entrepreneurs? Heâs often described as âthe smartest guy in the roomâ and today instead of an interview, Roland shares some big questions and historical evidence, that will inspire you to BELIEVE!Â
A Mindset For Success.Itâs one thing to be impressed by someoneâs entrepreneurial endeavors and glean takeaways and tips. Itâs another thing to think how the highly-successful think. You need to adopt the same mindset that all successful men and women share. And this episode will help you do that.
âUltra-high achievers align themselves and their dreams to opportunities that match their talent, skills, and resources, at times at which those opportunities present themselves. They increase the breadth of whatâs possible for them by sculpting their own possibility vision, with the chisel of data and opportunity.â Roland Frasier.
Roland Challenges The 'Impossible'.âTens of thousands of bold and persistent entrepreneurs before you have stared down doubt, pushed past legal impossibilities, overcome physical impossibilities, dreamt impossible dreams and brought them to reality, broken through immense fiscal impossibilities and persisted past social impossibilities.â Roland Frasier
How To Challenge The Impossible In Your Business. Can you do as billionaire Peter Theil suggests and achieve your 10-year goals in 6 months in Business? Is the possible only limited by your mindset, or are there possibilities that elude you which are simply beyond your reach?Â
Throughout history, we have seen the limits of the possible expanded again and again.
âIf these amazing (formerly assumed impossible) things could be invented, and these formerly thought unachievable human feats could be done, then surely you can hit your 10-year business goals in 6 months? Or accomplish in 1 year what most would take 3 or 5 years to accomplish?â Roland Frasier
Spoiler AlertâMassive rapid hyper-growth is indeed very possibleâ. Roland Frasier
A Five-Step Plan To Achieve Anything.Step 1 Find the Fire.
Step 2 Conceive and Believe. Your subconscious will not allow you to achieve something that it hasnât seen as possible at first. Challenge the Impossible.
Step 3Â Practice Adaptive versus Non-adaptive possibility (otherwise, youâll have trouble seeing it as possible and accomplishing step 2)
Step 4Â Apply data-informed resource opportunity alignment.
Step 5Â Pursue, persist, and persevere.
âThe truth is that there are very few things that are truly impossible. I believe in you. Now you go make the change, and be the changeâ. Roland Frasier

Listen To This Episode For,• Why he regrets going International too soon.
• His thoughts on Branding.
“So you’ve got to build something that works really well. If you don’t get your product dialed in and you try and build a good brand around a bad product, you’re a scammer.” Asprey
• Advice on building a company on a shoestring budget.
“If you get a company that’s full of enthusiastic people who haven’t navigated these waters before, they’ll get there. But there might be some bodies along the way. But if you have a guide on the Safari who kind of knows where the potholes are, you might get there more intact and then spend less money. So it’s a question of capital efficiency.” Asprey.
How To Not ‘Break The Team’.“If you are not sending them out for a leadership training, or management training, where they can become both better at the business, but also better as human beings, you’re actually not getting a very good return on the investment that you make in your people. So I consider that to be part of being a good company.” Asprey.
“These are people who will share their jobs, the people who are secure in who they are and secure in what they do. Those are your people. And those are the ones who will help you scale and scale and scale”. Asprey.
“Do you know how many sub-million dollar companies with four employees need three C-level officers? Zero. Hire directors because it’s a lot less painful.” Asprey.
