The success cycle helps you maximize each stage. But not every business has to reach stage 7.
Hi everyone, Carl Gould here with your #70secondCEO. Just a little over a one minute investment every day for a lifetime of results.
Here in the success cycle, it takes approximately 18 months for a business to go from startup to stage three on the cusp of stage four, then it takes approximately another 18 months for that business to go from stage four to stage seven, which will be a seven figure business, producing consistent cash flow with a team in place that you can then sell or will or pass on to another generation for you to create a legacy company. Now, it may not even be your goal to go through all seven stages. And in the success cycle, it's designed to help you maximize each stage. And then if you choose, you can move on to the next stage if you'd like. You may be asking yourself at this point, well, why wouldn't I be? Why wouldn't I want to have a goal of being a seven stage business or getting to the succession stage? Well, you could be a musical performer, a singer or an actor or a Brain Surgeon and you very much like doing what it is you do. By definition, that means you will stay at probably a stage two or stage three maybe a stage four business more than likely though a stage two or stage three business.
