Tara Vander Dussen, better known online as the New Mexico Milkmaid, is a fifth generation dairy farmer, farm wife, environmental scientist, mom to two girls, and a New Mexico Native. She has spent the last 9 years working as an environmental scientist on dairy farm projects throughout the southwest. She assists clients with state and federal regulatory compliance, water conservation, sustainable management practices, and quarterly monitoring reports.
