Today I speak with IFBB Bikini Pro Carrie Gallic, a coach, gym owner, posing coach and mom of 6! Fitness has been an integral part of her life since childhood. After nurturing that passion for decades, she turned my focus toward competing after her 5th child. In 2021, I reached her ultimate goal by winning her Pro Card with a Masters’ victory in Pittsburgh! She is a woman of faith, fitness, fashion and beautiful aesthetics. She has been a licensed aesthetician sense 2007.
