“The biggest thing we found and it was actually panic mode from almost all of our earliest users and they started freaking out and it was around month 6 or 7 when a lot of those detailing bend appointments start kicking in in the repose, and they’d say ‘Oh my gosh where are all of our patients today?’ And then they’re like ‘well we’re actually up 20% every month over month for the last year. We’re doing great financially.’ and they realize, they call it the plastic assistant.” 30:23
