Are you wondering how to integrate all you have learned with your pregnant and postpartum clients and improve your treatment sessions?
In today’s episode Lynn talks with Dr. Rachel Elizabeth, a Physical Therapist and Certified Birth Healing Practitioner about her motivation for getting certified and the impact it has had in her client sessions.
Rachel shares how she felt she was missing information in her physical therapy training on the pregnancy and postpartum phases. She attended the Institute For Birth Healing’s Holistic Treatment of the Pregnant Body course and found a huge difference in the techniques just with her partner in the class. This shift continued with her clients and inspired her to keep learning.
