Dietitian Boss Method founder and CEO, Libby Rothschild talks with Dietitian Boss Fatimah Fakhoury. Fatimah is a Registered Dietitian from New York, providing virtual nutrition coaching services to people living with paralysis and spinal cord injury. She's the author of the Paralysis Nutrition Cookbook. Fatimah was inspired by her husband, who was injured in a car accident many years ago to focus on providing nutrition services specifically to people living with paralysis who are often left out of popular wellness culture. Fatimah empowers people living with paralysis to manage their weight and improve their gut health by providing them with support to make healthier choices without restrictive dietings, like inviting her professional expertise as a Dietitian with her personal experience of being married to someone living with spinal cord injury. Her coaching program has allowed people with paralysis to regain control of their weight and gut issues so they can feel more confident and live longer happier lives.
