In this episode Kevin and I get  vulnerable and share some things we have had to change in ourselves. This was the tipping point of how we or I saved our marriage.  It seems natural to point out everything your spouse is doing wrong but really we need to point directly at ourselves and look at what we are or are not doing in our relationships with others. 

This is definitely a key to a happier life and marriage. A great opportunity to grow would be to sit down and write down ways YOU can improve or change in your marriage. If possible, share them with your spouse.  If you are wanting more connection in your marriage this could be the way.
