This weeks questions below, also check out the post on the @antptma tomorrow for a free download of a pre-consultation form/process.

I have 1:1, 1:2, small group PT and larger group Zoom clients. Some have nutrition coaching, some don't. Some do a mix of PT and small group/Zoom. Given that they all pay a different amount for different level of service, would you still recommend having a facebook community for all of them in one place?

What's the difference between working ON and IN your business, always confuses me.

Is it best to keep shorter challenges (5 or 14 days) simple? Working on a few ideas for a challenge but wary of trying to cover too much in a short space of time that then doesn't give people partaking much value

Ideas for challenges that have worked well? how can I get more leads from people I don't know?

How often should you check up on a lead or old client that stopped training with you and how do you do it in a way that doesn't feel salesy

If my survey has a prize at the end, will it get people who are not in my target group filling it out? For example people who are not in the category but want to win the prize?

How much value comes from having extra add-on services i.e. downloadable programs, ebooks for a fee as extra revenue?
How detailed should a pre-consult be?
How do you find the balance between posting the right amount of content online and not posting too much that you annoy people?

How would you go about doing Facebook adds I havnt got a clue on itI've just set up my instagram and at the moment, my followers are mostly friends of mine and I feel a bit awkward treating them in the same way I would a potential client (e.g. offering them a free session/giving them tips based on what they said in their survey)

should I treat them in the same way and do you have any tips on how I can grow my following?

What content is best to put into a closed facebook group for clients?

I've got an old client that no longer pays for coaching but is constantly asking for help and advice (not quick questions but things that take me a lot of time going over and researching). I feel bad if I didn't help and she 'says' she is wanting to start another plan with me soon so I want to help, but I also think it's taking the piss slightly with everything she's asking as other clients are paying for that information. What would you say is the best way to go about something like this?

How can I increase engagement in Facebook groups? Mums seem to have more confidence than younger girls in opening up and sharing.

What are the fundamental areas you would focus on and implement to stop feeling like you are winging the business side of things so much and where to start

Some people enquire and get sent the pre-consult form but don't fill it in, they then message me again a few weeks later and I direct them to the form again... how often is too often to send them a reminder to fill it in without being a pest lol

Can I put out a survey without been consistently posting or should I wait a few weeks.

All but a few of my current clients who have completed my survey - should I involve them in the next steps? I.e challenges etc. Might be stupid question but should I be involving them or just send them a thank you message?

Following up with people, how do you do it without being a pest/ desperate 😬
