Main issue is not doing the 'On' business stuff such as programming, admin, marketing etc. Any tips to help get this stuff done, especially programming, when it's easy to skip it when not feeling great and just do the 'In' service stuff.
What do you think is most important data, to track, for PT’s going forward?
Do you think using flyers / leaflets in your place of work is an outdated form of marketing / advertising? Off the back of a challenge how would you go about converting them in to 121?
What's the best time period to measure retention rates on?
What's your thoughts on re-branding your business in order to suit your demographic if your brand message and tone has changed since creating it ? Worth it?
During my 5 day challenge I plan to go live each day and talk about an aspect of my service as all the workouts are prerecorded. I'm going to talk about scheduling, accountability etc. How often should I be talking about my service and how it works? Every time or wait until the end of the week?
When it comes to doing challenges on social media, what would you say the balance should be in terms of free vs paid? Where its still early days for me on social media, would you say starting off with a free challenge makes more sense?
How much should I put behind my ads? And I’m shit at writing ad copies
Do you have any tips for keeping clients accountable that have paid for online group coaching without having to message them all individually so much?
