Q1 - I think we all have this but looking back what was the initial light bulb moment for you that started to create a bit of a framework for client results/transformations?
Q2 – We see many PTs lacking in confidence and self belief with one of the main reasons being they doubt themselves because of lack of results, education is one thing but what advice would you give to upcoming new pts around this?
Q3- Systems and software that enable you to grow and still give the same level of service
Q4 – You’ve worked with a lot of females who have been failed previously by different dieting products and services, how do you support them to stay bought into the process with you when motivation, consistency and accountability is usually such a struggle for them?
