You may know her best as the 24 year old world champion from 2013 or the sprinting Brit that narrowly missed a medal in Rio back in 2016 but Non Stanford has control of the stopwatch and now is assistant coach in command at the Leeds Triathlon Centre. The beautifully articulate Welsh-woman joins the coaching series and gives us some insight on her retirement, transition to coach and what life as British Triathlon staff looks like.
