This week is a BIG week as we talk you through the recent diagnosis Steph has had. It's good news but it does get a little raw in places as we work through what it could mean and how life might need to look a little different. We aren't going anywhere however; the triathlon dream lives on!

How do we find ourselves in the troughs of motivation, and why might peaks not be what we're looking for? This week we explore the highs and lows of motivation, why they happen and what we can do about it. Steph also chats about mindfulness and it's central role in unlocking GREAT decision making when the pressure it on.

Welcome back to the pod! CLEARLY Ironman Hamburg didn't go to plan over the weekend and Steph gives a quick update as to what's going on before diving into what was a really incredible day of racing!
