and wine connoisseur Colin Renton for a continental tour that inspired the

release of his first ever book, The Wine Runner: My Year of Hard Yards and

Vineyards.

It’s part running journal, part travelogue mixed in the essential component….sampling

all sorts of local wine.

Colin leads us through what motivated him to take up running and then gives us

the lowdown on how he researched races before embarking on his quest that

finished with a first ever marathon distance being covered in Austria.
