10:14pm – Kicking off the 2nd hour is the Cowboy Cook himself, Kent Rollins! Kent has a new book that is getting ready to hit the market nd there is an associated book tour that is happening soon as well. We will talk about the new book, what he likes about writing, what you can expect to see in the pages and when the tour might roll by your house! We will also talk to Kent (and maybe Shannon) about trends they are seeing in the live-fire industry and I will also ask them about their take on “flat top” or “griddle” cooking!
10:35pm – Depending on how long Kent goes, we will get more recap from the HPBExpo and from my perspective and what I was looking to do there. I might also have some preview audio of a number of “Bonus Content Episodes” that will be released over the next few weeks.
