This week we discussed the topic of comparison.  This was a topic one of our listeners asked us to discuss. We realize comparison is an issue with the social media so popular however every generation and human has compared themselves to someone or something. It is human nature however will not bring you happiness.  The idea is to start paying attention when you start comparing yourself, spouse, kids or others and try to stop and focus on what you love about you or others.  Comparison usually happens when we compare our weaknesses to others strengths.  Remember Instagram and Facebook have filters- we usually only post our best which isn’t always reality.
