Under stress you become a different person.

To reply or not to reply…. Ask yourself: how important is it, how long will it take, are any 3rd parties involved?

Check yourself, are you compelling because of the thing in front of you or other issues at work, home etc. Can you address you stress?

Is it actually an issue?

If you are hyper-critical of something or someone the problem usually lies with you.

AWE - Ask what is is. What can you do. Execute the solution.

Complaining often get’s in the way of us completing tasks and just doing what needs to be done. Usually the complaining comes from a place of frustration and stress, so check yourself before you wreck yourself. If you find yourself compelling rather than completing it’s time to figure out what’s going on with you!
