Kendyl is mental health therapist who specialized in complex trauma and dissociative disorders. She graduated from Naropa University with a degree in Transpersonal counseling psychology. She utilizes a variety of therapeutic approaches including EMDR, Brainspotting, comprehensive resource model, IFS, coherence therapy and inner child/teen work. Kendyl currently owns her own private practice Mind+Full Therapy in Salt Lake City, Utah which offers a variety of bottom-up therapy approaches. She is also the owner of Lithesome, which offers mental health resources for individuals and therapists including: online masterclasses, trainings, consultation and mental health related merchandise.
