  • My clients are all on different prices at the moment due to a legacy of under-charging when I started 6 months ago. I'm wanting to go to a monthly membership model that would bring everyone in line, but I'm working through that at the moment. Would you suggest bringing everyone in line at once so have some in a holding pattern or transfer people across as and when is relevant. For some this would be a big price hike so I could keep them on their current tariff until we go our different ways. How to I best manage this newbie fuck-up?
