Decisions, decisions, decisions. How do we make the right one? How do we know the direction to go? Is there a right and wrong decision? We sit down and talk with Nathan Clark about choosing technologies that work. We learned about Nathan through LinkedIn where he shared a blog post he wrote about the philosophy behind decision making. We enjoyed reading it so much that we thought we would bring him on the show!

This week, we take a Tactical Pause and evaluate some of these questions. One of the biggest things that grind our gears around the office is the assortment of applications we have to deal with working with different contractors.
Kelly Doyle is the C.O.O. of ProjectReady, a platform that connects various project management tools together and allows teams to see all of their information in an easily accessible way.
