Larry E. Fast serves as Director for the Southeast Region of the Association for Manufacturing Excellence. He is also owner of the consulting firm Pathways to Manufacturing Excellence, LLC. Larry is a 35-year veteran of the wire & cable industry, with 25 of those years at Belden and 10 at General Cable.

Blaine Mellor serves as Director/Digital Supply Network at The Clorox Company. He has spent almost 25 years at the organization, including in roles such as Director of WCO & Contract Manufacturing and Business Integrator for the Glad & Brita Division.
