You may recall me talk about an amazing retreat I’ve been to in NZ a couple of times & there I met a very special person that I wanted to introduce you to today. 

Jessica Winkle is an incredibly experienced yoga teacher, Reiki practitioner, and retreat leader, based at the prestigious Aro Ha Wellness Retreat in New Zealand. Originally from Oklahoma, USA, her yoga journey began after experiencing profound loss at the tender age of 19, compounded by numerous other losses throughout her life. Jessica's immersion in yoga led to her being honoured with the Aspiring Yoga Teaching Scholarship by Yoga Alliance in 2016.

Over the years, Jessica has delved deeply into the realm of grief, recognizing a profound societal gap in understanding and processing this universal human experience. Passionate about facilitating healing journeys, she has conducted numerous grief ritual workshops, cacao ceremonies, and more, offering solace and guidance to those navigating their own grief landscapes.
