Coach Roy is the Director of Athletic Performance at Ozark High School in Ozark Missouri. Prior to Ozark He was at Webb City. Roy has a B.S. in Physical Education and a MS in Athletic Administration. He has spent 27 years in public education with 7 years as A.D. and 20 Strength and Conditioning along with coaching multiple sports. He played football at Missouri State before moving into education. He is NHSSCC Certified and has been named NHSSCA Missouri Coach of the Year in 2019 In 2023 he was the NHSSCA Mid-America Regional Coach of the Year in 2023.
