CPTSD - Feeling Triggered, Overwhelmed and Scared

Being told that you have CPTSD and then a year later learning you also have ADHD, is not what I wanted to hear. My life felt like a mess and nothing seemed to go right. With relationship issues, work issues, and family problems, it all felt like I had zero control. Help was needed!

This podcast is about my personal experiences living with ADHD and CPTSD, and the struggles and pain that come with it. My hope is to give others out in the world, who also suffer from ADHD and CPTSD, the sense that they are not alone with the struggles they face each day.
