When you are dealing with CPTSD in your life you are taught by a Therapist to use Grounding Tools to assist you to unblend from your child parts that have become triggered by a flashback. I cannot emphasize how important the use of Grounding is to your healing process! Without the ability to ground when your parts feel triggered you will find that it is incredibly difficult to come out of your trigger and begin to heal your pain and suffering.
I offer my own experiences to you the audience and provide some new and interesting examples of the tools out there people have come up with to help them ground and unblend from their part's triggers.
