I say this plainly: create your environment. If a place or pattern drags you down, you can move—internally first, then externally. That choice is always yours.

Every day, I notice where I’m in harmony and where I’m not. Then, I choose. If fear shows up, I redirect my focus toward what I want, not what I don’t. From there, momentum builds.

Much of what you tolerate came from inheritance—the “false self.” However, your God‑self is equipped with imagination, reason, and will. Use them. Because you decide, your world shifts.

Remember:

• You’re God’s highest form of creation; act like it.
  
  
• When something feels off, you’re out of harmony—so change it.
  
  
• Focus creates reality; thus, attention is creative power.
  
  
• Start now: stand, breathe, move, and aim your will at the result you want.

You can create your environment without leaving your chair—by choosing new thoughts, feelings, and actions. Then, follow through.
