As Kevin worked with a team whose client was the Product Owner, he found himself with very little to do. The team was working well, except… As he dug deeper, he realized that the PO was not taking full ownership of the role. However, at that time Kevin thought of himself as the Scrum Master, and only that. Because of that, the team started suffering.
