On this episode of Dangerous Creatives, Kristin is joined by entrepreneur Lauren Gish and they discuss their self employed/entrepreneur journeys through their experience with autoimmune disease and chronic illness. They chat about how leaving their full time jobs to go freelance was a health related decision, and what the challenges were once they were a solo entrepreneur or running a team of their own. From sharing systems and boundaries they've put into place, to hiring a team and building a network from your "competition" to add in extra support, both women share what's worked well for them in their career so far.
As mentioned in the episode, we love batch scheduling because it allows for space in your schedule, whether you have a chronic illness or just wish you had a better handle on your weeks. Get your FREE Batch Your Schedule PDF HERE.
