I felt that The Sexual Wellness Podcast had limitations that I no longer wanted to be bound by. My work encapsulates the essence of relating to ourselves and others, thriving sexually is merely a tool for greater self-actualisation - in all areas of life, and I wanted the show and brand to reflect the holistic nature of my work.

Loving is foundational to sex & relating. There are many books on how to get love, how to identify red flags in others and how to "get" a relationship... But so little on the mechanics of long. lasting. L O V E.

From here on, I explore topics that enable us to be better lovers physically, emotionally and spiritually; to ourselves & others.

The reality is, life IS relationships.
You can drink green smoothies all day, but if you're not cultivating love in your life then your health will be on the decline.

In this episode I discuss how cultivating sexual energy is vital for your creativity & radiance. I discuss topics such as:
