Claire Baker is a coach, speaker, and author of 50 Things You Need To Know About Periods.

For over a decade, Claire has taught women to live in harmony with their bodies, believing menstrual cycle awareness is key to women’s wellbeing, creativity, and empowerment.

Her online program, Adore Your Cycle, has students in over 35 countries.

In 2019, Claire founded Cycle Coach School, a training provider that teaches facilitators how to integrate menstrual cycle coaching into their practice.

Known for her authentic voice, she’s regularly featured in Red, Glamour, Cosmopolitan, and Women’s Health magazines. Originally from Australia, Claire now calls the U.K. home.
